Blatchford France Customer Event 2022

Blatchford Europe & its entire sales team present in France invited 25 French customers to participate in the 2022 Innovation and Technology Days. These days took place on 11 and 12 October 2022 at the Grand Hotel Mercure in Chantilly and allowed orthopaedic technicians to take precedence over our technologies and the latest innovations developed by the British group.

The focus was on hydraulic anchor technology and our microprocessor-based product lines, such as ElanIC, Orion3 and Linx. Our two brand ambassadors, Serge and Arthur, gave a live demonstration of our current product portfolio. They were able to share their positive experiences on a daily basis with customers. Another important theme was our panel discussion, which focused on our collaboration and the exchange of good practices.

Mike Magee, our Global Head of Education and Senior Prosthetist, came specifically from the U.S. to guide customers through Blatchford technology and clinical studies that demonstrated benefits for prosthetic wearers. Alexander Hess-Sonne, Education Manager Europe, presented Blatchford's unique hydraulic technology.

The round tables were moderated by our sales and technical managers in France, Dominique Peres and Jean-Louis Lipari. It was an excellent opportunity for us to exchange with them and define joint projects that meet their expectations and needs.

Together, they went to discover our experts and were able to proactively exchange with our users about our innovative prostheses (ElanIC & Orion3). Attendees were able to experience a "new dimension of movement" in the field of microprocessor technology through live presentations of the latest scientific discoveries and accompanying presentations. We hope to have generated excitement with our product concepts and the results of clinical evidence. The participants were able to take away a lot of interesting and important information for everyday practice from the presentations and exchanges.
