Blatchford understands that patients often wish to try and out an experience first-hand the feel and response of a particular foot or knee. Clinicians can also validate product selection based on real world feedback and user experience outside of the clinical environment.
To facilitate this freedom of choice, Blatchford have the following products available for extended home test:

1. Please contact your Blatchford representative with details of the test product you require.
2. The requested product will be shipped to your clinical location and will include a UPS RETURNS Label. Please retain this shipping label for the end of the test.
3. Fit the test product to your patient and arrange a return appointment. To ensure product access to all customers we recommend that home tests last no longer than a maximum of 3 weeks. This should provide sufficient time for product acclimatisation and product testing in the user’s environment.
4. At the review appointment, remove the test product and return to Blatchford using the UPS Return Label. Simply seal the box and call UPS to collect. Please share the test feedback with your Blatchford representative and where successful place an order for the required product.
