60 Day No Quibble Return Policy
We are committed to delivering value, quality and great customer service to you and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. We are therefore pleased to offer a 60-day return policy across our entire product range, subject to the conditions outlined below:-
This policy runs in conjunction with the Blatchford Test policy which allows clinicians to request knees and feet for extended home test. More details can be found on the Blatchford Test Programme webpage.
- All products can be returned as long as the product is ‘as new’ and is returned within 60 calendar days of purchase.
- 'As new' is defined as being ready to be re-sold allowing for minor wear and tear from clinic fitting and testing.
- Liners & sleeves which are supplied to you in a sealed bag can only be considered for a credit if the bag has not been opened when it is returned to us.
- If the item is returned ‘as new’ and within 60 days of purchase, then you will receive a full credit.
- If the item is ‘as new’, but is returned to us between 60 days and 12 months from purchase, you will receive a partial credit. The credit amount will be calculated by deducting a restocking fee of up to 10% of the price paid for the product.
- If the returned product is not suitable for resale, or is returned to Blatchford more than 12 months from the date of purchase, you may either receive a partial credit or no refund – this will be at the sole discretion of Blatchford.
Important:
To arrange a product return please email our After Sales Customer Service team on ACS-UK@blatchford.co.uk who will supply you with a Returns Number. This number will act as a reference for you and will allow us to track your item when it comes back to us.
