After-Sales Customer Support
Blatchford are committed to providing world class prosthetic products to meet and exceed the requirements of amputee’s daily lives. If you need support with product servicing, repairs, or assessment of a technical issue under warranty our technical team are ready to help.
Here's how it works:
- Please complete the Service/Warranty form and submit this to our After-Sales Customer Support team (ACS) at acs@blatchford.co.uk.
Note: YOUR DATA PROTECTION IS IMPORTANT TO US! For data protection reasons (RGPD), we kindly remind you that any information provided should be non-patient identifiable. - Please also let us know if you require a loan product during the service period by ticking the 'loaner' request box. (Loaners are only supplied for products within their warranty period).
- Blatchford will respond to your Service/Warranty form submission within 24 Hours and confirm the ACS processing number. This reference should be used to identify the product & shipment.
- Please return the product to Blatchford at the address below:

Please note:
- To prevent damage during transport, please pack the product securely.
- If possible, please send the product with all accessories.
- If a loan product has been requested (Applies to UK only):
Along with the loan product, you will receive all the documents you need to return your product. Be sure to include the completed service form with your return or identify the product with the ACS processing number). - To make it easier for you to return your loan product, you will receive a return label with it.
