EchelonER and Orion3 wearer

Alison Tubbs’ life changed in an instant when a motorcycle accident left her with life‑changing injuries and ultimately led to an above‑knee amputation. But staying busy came with challenges, and frequent falls made everyday movement unpredictable until she was fitted with the Orion3.

The Orion3 has transformed Alison’s confidence and mobility. Its stability, stumble recovery, and intuitive support allow her to move quickly and safely, keeping up with her active lifestyle. Whether she’s navigating the Yorkshire rain, crossing streams in the Lake District, or walking along the beach near her home, the water‑resistant design gives her freedom without hesitation. Every day tasks feel smoother, and for the first time since 1991, she can walk downstairs foot over foot, a moment that brought her husband to tears. For Alison, the Orion3 has not only reduced falls but also opened a new level of independence.
