Daisy Demetre is a model, athlete, and trailblazing double amputee from Birmingham whose confidence and energy have taken her from the runway to the mountains. Born with fibular hemimelia, Daisy underwent amputation as a baby and has grown up embracing every challenge with determination. With her dad Alex by her side, she has modelled at London, Paris, and New York Fashion Week and completed incredible sporting achievements, including running a marathon in Greece.
Daisy has worn the Mini BladeXT for over a decade, and they have become part of who she is. Their stability, grip, and spring give her the freedom to run, walk, climb, and even perform cartwheels and gymnastics with confidence. Whether she is going downstairs, turning quickly, or heading out on adventures, Daisy feels secure, stylish, and unstoppable. For her, the Mini BladeXT is not just a prosthetic; it is an extension of her personality.
